The Project

AMSA wanted to implement the Enterprise Project Management System, EPM Live to manage reporting around their projects. We assisted them with planning and implementation.

Our Approach & Services

Our Change Management Consultants managed the planning, configuration, testing and training for implementation of EMP Live. We also worked with the application supplier to ensure delivery and piloting.

The Results

The manual project reporting system was transferred to the EPM Live system. At the end of the project the organisation had:

  • Improved access to project information.
  • A centralised project repository.
  • The ability for management to more effectively track costs.
